Our plated items conform to all EU laws restricting the use of nickel.

Making A Purchase

Online: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Payment can be made using all major Credit or Debit Cards.

Shipping and Handling

We dispatch daily to the UK and the rest of the world. Mail is dispatched using Royal Mail. UK postage is £1.90 for all orders. We offer 3 postage options in the UK:

  • First Class Post (Royal Mail aim to deliver by the next working day)
  • Recorded Signed For (Royal Mail aim to deliver by the next working day)
  • Special Delivery Next Day (order before 1pm for guaranteed delivery the next working day before 1pm, nb. Saturday is not considered by Royal Mail to be a business day).

For orders outside the UK the exact weight of the order is calculated during checkout so that the postage charge can be accurately determined. We offer 2 options:

  • Airmail Standard (delivery aim 3-7 working days, compensation for loss or damage up to £46)
  • Airmail Signed For (delivery aim 3-7 working days, compensation for loss or damage Up To £500)

All orders are packed as securely as possible to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Delivery Schedule

We understand that you would like to receive your order as quickly as possible so we offer a same day dispatch (Mon-Fri) for orders placed before 1pm. After 1pm if you need your order urgently please telephone us and we will let you know if we can send it that day. A notification email is sent once the order has been placed, and a second email is sent once the order has been despatched.

Back Orders

We try to keep our stock inventory up to date but occasionally an item may be out of stock. In this event we will email or telephone to let you know and then you can either have the item(s) sent on when available (at no extra cost) or be refunded for the item(s).

Tax Charges

As we are not currently VAT registered, all orders are VAT free.

Orders placed from outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes for which you, the customer are responsible. These may be levied once the goods reach your country. It is a legal requirement that we. declare the full value of the goods (excluding delivery charges) on all parcels to be delivered outside the EU. For further details of customs charges please consult your own customs authorities. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. We are unable to reimburse any customs costs incurred.

Credit Card Security

We use paypal to process your card payments - it’s safer, it's faster and it's everywhere. PayPal is used by thousands of websites, and your financial details are never shared (please note you do not need a paypal account to make your payment but if you have one you can use it to make payment).


We want you to be completely happy with your purchases, and therefore offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied.
Items can be returned if they were damaged in shipping, not of the quality you expected or simply something that you do not like.
If there has been an error with your order, please notify us straight away. We try really hard to despatch everything accurately, but occasionally a mistake is made. In this case, every effort is made to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Disclaimer : Always keep beads out of the reach of small childen for safety reasons (they may present a choking hazard or may cause accidental damage).

Hours : Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. Outside of these hours you can leave a message on our answering machine and we can usually contact you quite quickly if it is urgent. Please clearly leave your name and contact telephone number.

Privacy Policy

All About Beads do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will endeavour to sort out the problem quickly and to your satisfaction either by exchange or full refund (including postage). Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery without giving a reason. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
